The basics.
The basic materials needed to conduct a leader or team development project include a Self or Feedback Report and its corresponding Workbook. Each participant receives a Workbook along with his/her Report. We also recommend our Facilitator Guides for use by learning and development personnel, trainers, and consultants who use our products within their programs.
Workbooks.
Acumen® Workbooks are designed to assist the participant in making good use of the information presented within his/her self or feedback report. The workbook may be used in training workshops, as part of a team exercise, or in an individual, self-paced development effort.
Workbooks are organized into four major sections: Pre-Work, Understanding Your Assessment Results, Writing Your Action Plan, and Follow-Up Activities.
