Our clients asked us to provide a hands-on, application workshop and we are happy to announce that we will deliver on that request!

Linda is a Distinguished Fellow at the Global Leadership Development Center, Marshall Goldsmith School of Business, who helped create the executive leadership development program at GE, named "Best in Class" by Jack Welch.

As HR/OD/LD professionals, we know that developing leaders, managers and teams, and strengthening an organization's culture can be a delicate and challenging task. While our validated assessments provide you with real, actionable data on leadership styles related to personal and organizational success and effectiveness, Linda's process will show you how to leverage the information using a coaching model based on the Marshall Goldsmith process.

Dr. Robert A. Cooke, CEO of Human Synergistics International, and author of world-renowned HSI assessments, will be present to address your questions and provide insight on how our instruments measure and improve leadership effectiveness.

This advanced, highly interactive 1.5 day session will enable you to:

  • Learn how to apply a proven coaching model
  • Understand how to motivate clients to change and what is holding them back
  • Provide leaders and managers with insights on their strategies, impact on others, and personal and work styles
  • Link these drivers to personal success and effectiveness, as well as organizational sustainability and profitability
  • Learn how to measure success and show impact and improvement from coaching
  • Practice the coaching model in small group settings
  • Leverage the world-renowned Leadership/Impact and Leadership WorkStyles 360-feedback assessments to identify key areas for change
  • Help clients to get "there from here"
  • Select the right strategy and behavior to change

If you are an experienced HR/OD/LD professional interested in transforming your coaching skill-set or practice, consider attending this workshop on December 7 & 8, 2010.
