Leadership development resources

If you're a leadership consultant, internal or external, I'd like to mention the following resources. Primarily San Francisco/Bay Area based, all 3 have robust web information.

1. My fave, BNET - now part of the CBS Interactive brands - provides an excellent Business Library on various leadership, OD, T&D, culture topics, and more. Be sure to check out the Video tab for quick, business tips with Guy Kawasaki, Timothy Ferris, Chip Conley, and others. Also check out the Whiteboard with Ed Muzio. In 6 minutes or less, quick-start your morning with coffee/tea and Bnet.

Check it out: www.bnet.com

2. Future Women Leaders, a member-based organization ideal for women active in consulting or coaching careers. My friend Erin Colbert heads the Leadership Development Program, currently registering for a 2010 LDP program. Be sure to check out the Signature Event tab and leadership blog at http://blog.futurewomenleaders.net/

Check it out: www.futurewomenleaders.net/

3. Women in Consulting (WIC). Another member-based, professional organization. Referred to me by female colleagues who say it's one of the best member-orgs they've joined for leadership/OD consultant networking.

Check it out: http://www.womeninconsulting.org

Please share your favorite learning or development resources, especially if you're in another region or locale.

Thanks for sharing!

Thanks for the mention Kalani! Two other leadership websites I like are the Forte Foundation and the FountainBlue Women In Leadership Series.
